Young Women in Medicine (YWIM) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young women to lead, innovate, and advocate for equity in healthcare. With over 2000 members and 22 chapters worldwide, we are a community of changemakers working to address gender disparities in medicine. Through workshops, competitions, podcasts, and volunteering, we provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience, collaborate on meaningful projects, and inspire others to join the movement. Together, we are shaping a more inclusive, equitable, and innovative future in healthcare.
